Maintenance
Our maintenance package is designed for people and fish. We want them both to be happy. That's our goal.Typical maintenance package includes:
- 2 monthly visits, minimum
- food, frozen or flake
- fish stocking, at our discretion*
- cleaning and replacement of décor, gravel, filters
- water quality awareness & appropriate water changes
- medication as needed
All for one flat, monthly fee. We use simple, straightforward billing. No add-ons. No mystery charges. No worries.
Not covered by the monthly fee are one-time purchases such as filters and pumps, heaters, lights, tank repair or enhancement. We try to maximize the usefulness of the equipment you've got but if that isn't enough we may recommend a filter upgrade or suggest other improvements. If that's the case, we clear it with you ahead of time so there are no surprises. Nobody likes surprises, not on bills, at least. And anything you buy from us is guaranteed for as long as we service your aquarium.
